These Terms remain effective unless terminated by you or by us.
You may terminate by ceasing to use the Services.
We may terminate immediately if you fail to comply with these Terms.
Obligations incurred prior to termination shall survive termination.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tadafy regarding the Services.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Slovenia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

License Agreement
Effective Date: November 14, 2025
This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”, “Licensee”) and Tadafy (“Licensor”, “Tadafy”) governing your use of components, assets, templates, and related materials provided through tadafy.com and any associated domains (collectively, the “Licensed Materials”).
By accessing, downloading, copying, or using any Licensed Materials, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, you may not use the Licensed Materials.
1. Grant of License
Tadafy grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Licensed Materials for personal and commercial projects, subject to the limitations defined in this Agreement.
This license does not constitute a sale or transfer of ownership. All rights not expressly granted remain the exclusive property of Tadafy.
2. Permitted Use
Subject to an active subscription (if applicable), the Licensee may:
- Use, modify, and customize the Licensed Materials within their own Webflow or web development projects.
- Use the Licensed Materials in unlimited personal or client projects.
- Export, edit, and integrate components within Webflow or compatible environments.
- Deliver final websites to clients that include the Licensed Materials.
There are no restrictions on end-user website traffic, revenue, or project type (commercial or non-commercial).
3. Prohibited Use
The Licensee may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Licensed Materials, whether modified or unmodified.
- Make the Licensed Materials publicly available in a way that allows others to copy, clone, or download them outside of a legitimate Tadafy subscription.
- Use the Licensed Materials to create competing products, including but not limited to:
- UI kits,
- component libraries,
- template packs,
- Webflow cloneables,
- code repositories,
- or any marketplace listings. - Transfer Licensed Materials to another person or account (e.g., via sharing of exports or project duplication).
- Store, export, or reuse Licensed Materials after a subscription has expired or been terminated.
- Use the Licensed Materials for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
Tadafy may monitor misuse patterns, excessive downloads, automated scraping, or unauthorized redistribution. Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.
4. Intellectual Property
All Licensed Materials—including but not limited to design, structure, code, animations, and documentation—remain the intellectual property of Tadafy.
You are granted usage rights, not ownership.
Nothing in this Agreement transfers copyright or proprietary rights to the Licensee.
5. Membership, Access & Updates
Access to Licensed Materials may depend on your subscription tier.
Tadafy may, at its discretion:
- release new components,
- update or modify existing ones,
- change tier availability,
- or discontinue features.
Tadafy provides ongoing improvements and new components as part of the Service. We aim to deliver regular updates (including new items and enhancements); however, the timing, content, and availability of updates may vary.
6. Warranty Disclaimer
The Licensed Materials are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Tadafy does not guarantee:
- that the Licensed Materials will meet your requirements,
- that components will function exactly as intended in all environments,
- or that errors will be corrected.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tadafy shall not be liable for:
- indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages,
- lost revenue, lost profits, or business interruption,
- issues arising from incompatibility, third-party services (e.g., Webflow, Memberstack, Stripe), or user modifications.
In any case, Tadafy’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Licensee for the current subscription period.
8. Termination
Tadafy may terminate access to the Licensed Materials immediately if the Licensee:
- violates this Agreement,
- misuses or redistributes materials,
- or attempts to circumvent membership or licensing restrictions.
Upon termination:
- the Licensee must stop using all Licensed Materials,
- delete all stored copies, exports, or backups,
- and remove them from any active development systems unless already published as part of a client website.
Termination does not entitle the Licensee to any refund.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
